Yes, i'd say it was 2009 too

I'm an hour late but yep, 2009! :)

It was a hot and buggy weekend. Temps in Ontonagon reached into the 90s. The black flies and ankle bitters were in full force. It was still better than living anywhere else. Had the windows opened last night and all we heard was the peepers, coyotes and robins, all in the middle of the night. Guess the robins were hot like we were.

It's cooled down and the skies are a beautiful blue color with cotton ball clouds.

I love the sound of the peepers....lots of 'em around here.:>

I was up there for the heat and it sure didn't cool down during the night. We didn't care. It was nice to not have to wear sweatshirts!
