Lake Superior walleye tonight. Dipping it in egg, Shore Lunch and deep fat frying it. Thanks to our neighbor, Todd.

Walleye is like a beef filet UP here.

Walleye? Oh my, Hollidays, if you don't quit tempting us with all these delicious dinners, I'm gonna find the road to your house! :9

Does Yooper Joe like fish?

We just got back from fishing out here. Caught a nice bunch of sunnies and crappies. They are delicious! We caught some Northern, but don't care to clean them so they got to go back into the water. I don't care what kind of fish I'm eating, I just love fish!
