Charlie what are you doing up so early or late ? I'am up getting ready for work. It's a little chilly here and they are calling for rain mixer with snow tonight. Everyone have a safe and super day.

Good morning! It's a good thing we were told about the owl in the first picture, or I wouldn't have seen him, lol.

Have a great day everybody! And since Frosty was seen in 2005, my answer would have been "We wouldn't, because 2006 has come and gone". But that's me, lol!

Good Morning! Frosty may be back next year in the history book, but from our forecast for mid-Michigan, we could build a new Frosty here tomorrow, considering we have a Winter Storm Warning for 5 to 10 inches of snow, possibly mixed with sleet and ice, ugh! We've had more than enough snow and ice this year. We got spoiled when all of our snow melted off in the last week or so. I'm ready for spring, with crocuses, tulips, daffodils, and leaves back on our trees! Hmm, maybe I have a little bit of cabin fever, or something, lol.

Thanks for the late owl, and I missed it. Seeing cemetery pictures reminds me of the joke I tell my grandkids every time we pass one. " Do you know that people are dieing to get in there?" Always several groans after my joke.

Mikie, too funny! My dad would say, "there's Skull Park, people are dying to get in".

Mikie: Why do they build fences around cemetarys? : Seems all that are inside can't get out and those that are outside don't want to get in ! :)

Big storm headed this way. Parts of the UP might see up to 12 inches. About time!

Just saw my first official lake boat of the year. She's pretty far offshore in the soupy weather, probably 3 miles south of the Musekgon pierhead, traveling north toward the thunder and lightning. Can't tell much about her, but from the curved pattern of the deck lights, I'm guessing she's a six or seven hundred footer, probably with the wheelhouse at the stern.
