Clarinet, violin, accordian, guitar By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 09:38 am: Especially like the blueberry pics (yummy). So, correct me if I'm wrong, the Keweenaw grows thimbleberries, cherries, + blueberries. Quite a diverse peninsula. By David S. (Yooperdfs) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 11:04 am: I just read in the Gazette about this being the second coolest July on record. It's been this way throughout the Midwest. My sister in Illinois says that she has not needed the A/C at all, unheard of. It seems the weather goes through natural warming and cooling cycles and the bad, bad humans are not to blame afterall. Al Gore must be in seclusion and heavy on the antidepressants. By kay Moore (Mskatie) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 01:15 pm: Just wondering if the west coast residents may be a little leary of a "global warming". I sure would if I lived there these days. There's patterns of course but maybe a little extreme some what? But this Illinois transplant sure is enjoying whatever they call this pattern. 1/10 of a degree in the Quad Cities from the record cool. I LOVE IT! David S. (Yooperdfs): And this from myfoxphilly.com, click → 'Top 5 Bad Days' For July 30, quoted here in part: (I can't find the latter article in any local Arizona news source — maybe they don't want to admit it?) In view of the above, will someone pleeze 'splain to me exactly why I have my house in Chassell, MI up for sale, and not the one in Phoenix, AZ? ![]() By Russell E. Emmons (Russemmons) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 02:07 pm: Good question FrNash! Why do you? By mickill mouse (Ram4) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 02:55 pm: Where in Chassell is the house? For those out here interested in birds, birdwatching, birdfeeding, wildlife photography of all sorts I'm pleased to announce a brand new Michigan birding website. A few of us have been working at forming this website recently and it is now up and running! The website owner, administrator and headquarters are in Leelanau county. but we cover the all of Michigan. We envision guests and members eventually from Ontario, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, New York, and Minnesota as these are all Great Lakes states! This website will be a broad, comprehensive family orientated site with emphasis on conservation, the environment but will be very neutral regards politics and philosophy. We feel Michigan now needs a website for all novices, amateur, or professionals such as this for sharing. Drop in and check it out! By mickill mouse (Ram4) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 05:24 pm: Cute house. Thanks for the tour.;O) By a m hill (Lvcamnotes) on Sunday, August 2, 2009 - 06:24 pm:
