By Mary Drew at Pasty Central (Mdrew) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 05:17 am: Most people who've spent time near or on Lake Superior's waters, know what a gem this Great Lake truly is. But today, Steve Kyllonen shares the richness of the Big Lake with us, in the form of sparkling waters, both calm and rolling too. With the setting sun getting closer to the horizon, its rays form diamonds as the light connects with the water's surface. She's definitely a priceless gem. By Tim Holland (Tholland) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 06:22 am: There are other parts of the country that are beautiful, however, the small percentage of the country that borders Lake Superior is hard to beat because, unlike a mountain hill, Gitchee Gumee has many different moods. By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 07:04 am: You said it Tim! There is nothing like Lake Superior. I could sit and watch it for hours. These pictures are gorgeous and will definitely be my background some day. By Serena Sturm (Serena) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 07:55 am: By Janie T. (Bobbysgirl) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 07:58 am: Superior pictures of Lake Superior today! By Brooke (Lovethekeweenaw) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 09:07 am: Wow, look how that light reflects its like fireflies all grouped together. By Helen Marie Chamberlain (Helen) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 09:35 am: By Scott King (Sparky79) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 10:35 am: Just seeing the lake cools me off in this 90 degree heat in Atlanta. Thanks!!! By Kathyrn Laughlin (Kathyl) on Friday, September 12, 2008 - 01:27 pm:
